This is where you will find a comparison between us and the competition. I have watched these companies perform cleanings on a first hand basis so I know how they actually clean the gutters. Also I have listed the prices they charge per their websites. This is an apples to apples comparison so that you wont have to call each company to compare. Not many companies are willing to post other companies prices, or the process they use, but we feel we are the better company and have no problem letting you make an informed decision.
A PLUS GUTTER CLEANING
The process
We have already explained our process on the gutter cleaning page but here we will explain it again. We clean all gutters and downspouts by hand. We feel this is the most efficient way to make sure all debris is removed from the gutters. Once we remove the debris we place it in buckets, and then bag it and take it away. When we find a clog in the downspouts we will not use water to flush it away. We feel the best way to remove the clog is to take the downspout apart, remove the clog and then reattach it. Most houses have underground drains for their gutters and if I use water to flush it away, it does not magically disappear. It is flushed underground where it can clog again and then you have to call a plumber to remove it and that is expensive. We on occasion have no other choice but to flush the gutters to remove a clog and this is only on galvanized steel gutters or copper gutters. The reason is most steel gutters are old, painted over, and not easily taken apart. We can take them apart however when we do, the old paint chips and flakes off. So on steel gutter we will flush them if necessary. Copper we also have to flush since they are soldered together at the joints. This is the process that we have used since we started. If you wish to have the downspouts flushed we can however we are not responsible if the underground drains get clogged. We do not use leaf blowers to remove debris form your gutters. Blowing 200 MPH air, in a gutter full of dirty leaves and water, makes a huge mess on your house and your lawn. We will however use leaf blowers to blow debris off of the roof, so that it cannot fly back into your gutters after we leave. Removing debris from the roof is an optional service available upon request.
Price
Prices vary by home and it depends on square footage of house, location, and linear feet of gutter. Our prices vary house to house because of this reason. Obviously if you have a 800 square foot home your price is gonna be less than someone who owns a 2,500 hundred square foot home. All of our prices on are a per job basis, using googlemaps to locate your home, look at it and give you a quote. Typical prices are $69 to $129 depending on these various factors. Most of our homes are in the $69-$89 range.

JUST GUTTER CLEANING
This is a new company in Rochester and I dont know enough about them to put up their process or pricing. We did have a few customers call us in the fall and say that no one answered the phone, or called back so they went with us. I cannot honestly say anything about them because I havent looked to much into them. By the summer I will know the process and pricing and will update then.
Website: https://www.justguttercleaning.com/
Our single story pricing starts at $69, our 2 story prices start at $89, and we do not charge any additional fees for gutter re-securing. We also do not charge any additional fees for extremely overflowing gutters, or for taking downspouts apart to unclog them.
CONCLUSION
When you are comparing companies these are the main things our customers consider. As you can tell we have better pricing, a better process and much better reviews. When its time for you to choose your gutter cleaning contractor we hope this will help narrow down your decision
HOMEADVISOR REVIEW:
" It was a pleasure to have a business call back within minutes, set a time to assess the work, show up on time and then complete the work within the time promised. Russ was professional, and understanding. I would definitely use his services again:

HOMEADVISOR REVIEW:
"They called, spoke with me and gave me an estimate of the cost of the work. Russ, the owner, called to let me know they were running late and gave me an estimated time of arrival (ETA). He called me when they were 15 minutes out. Russ had an assistant and they had the items moved out very quickly, about 15 minutes from start to finish. I'd absolutely hire them again and have highly recommended them to friends and family."

"Good phone communication prior to the visit to return call and estimate their arrival. They were friendly and quick to get the job done. Gutters were clean, and the debris was hand removed into garbage bags that they took with them. Only a few leaves left on the patio from the entire process which they came back for when I asked them to." Customer in Buffalo NY
